The Electric Rasta EP features four unique tracks, each one flavored with a dub/ragga vibe. The EP showcases 3 of Haunted Audio’s regular heavyweight producers Simon/off, Rdubz and Luthor while introducing Graphics, an up-and-coming UK artist, whose leftfield track “The Kingmaker” with its half-step rhythms, twisted indie guitar sounds and classic samples are sure to turn some heads on the dance floor. Distinctive techno and electronica fused with dubstep beats meshed together in this EP, which once again encompasses the unique and instantly identifiable sound of Luthor. Ultra is a minimal techno piece laced with dubby stabs and riffs giving it that late night feel. Anoxic steps up the pace with an upbeat, techno-driven with tempo twists and unique breakdown. Greek God is truly one of Luthor’s best dance floor anthems to date; old school rave stabs ebb and flow through this track, backed up with detailed, driving percussion.
